Today, I've got my Instant Messaging chat open for you to ask questions completely anonymously! Have your question typed out and ready to cut and paste into the IM chat, to make the most of you time!

I use Keen for this service, as it keeps your info completely anonymous. All I see is a user ID number - I never see any other info except what you let me know in your question.

I'll be on and off all day (breaks for lunch, and making tea.) so If my chat button above says I'm away, you can still get in line to speak to me when I get back from a break.
