All of my clients either come from Google searches, referrals, or in person events.

When someone who wants a reading finds me on Google, it generally means they have the means to connect with me online, through email. This also means they can access my appointment calendar to see when I'm available and book the appointment themselves.

If someone looking for a psychic reading meets me at an event in the local area of Midland, we can often set the date in person right away, allowing me to give them the info on how to prepare for their reading and how to find my office.

For those who are looking to inquire about booking a party, using the form on my website is still the best way to do that. When I connect with someone through email, it allows me to be ready  - date book out with the available times. If someone calls me and I pick it up in the middle of dinner prep, I'm bound to over book myself!

I do have a number available for those who want readings over the phone, locally or long distance. But that number is only active if I'm logged on to take calls - it doesn't take messages or allow you to book in person readings, or cancel an appointment.

It is unconventional for a business to NOT have a phone number available for connecting, but because of the nature of my business, and my world wide reach with advertising, a number that was available all the time would be ringing constantly!

I really prefer to allot certain times of days and certain days of the week for working, instead of having a phone ringing at all hours of the night, often times with questions people want answered ASAP.

I volunteered to read tarot cards for a ladies night with the Midland Ontario Rotary. All the proceeds go to the Rotary, from the readings that were done. My table was in the Art Gallery at the Midland Cultural Centre, with a number of other Vendors. I got to choose where my table would be set up. When I saw Tiny Gems vendor table, I knew I had to be near them! They've got good vibes.

I volunteer with this Ladies Night event every year, and in past years I've read up to 15 people in the evening, small 10 or 15 readings. We've now evolved into doing 30 minute readings for fewer clients, which is amazing. I truly prefer to spend more time with the clients one on one. 

 The day after the Rotary night at the MCC, I did the first sit in Guest Tarot Reader spot at Wand N Cauldron in Midland. I was so excited! And, the readings were so good!

The space is so comfortable, and the store always feels so good to be in. Also, it just happened that Melissa ("This Witch") had just got a shipment of the BEST incense in, and hung out in the store. 

In Wand and Cauldron's little reading room, the readings came easy! She's got a beautiful cozy tarot reader nook behind some curtains, with a little round table set up, that she had specially made for the space, and a special Gypsy Den looking light that hangs from a chain. Her shop is close enough to downtown in Midland, that the shop stayed just busy enough all day. It was perfect for the meet and greet with people I've never met before!

So, the end of the story in the video really is, I"m no longer a waitress. It's time to focus on my tarot life. Everything is pointing towards it.

This event is happening on OCTOBER 14th at Brooklea Golf and Country Club - There will be psychics and healers and mediums, and although the admission is free, any donation at the door is going to YOUTH HAVEN, which is a great deal.

My friend Melissa Cabot VanLeeuwen ( Of the Almost ready to open "Wand and Cauldron" in Midland Ontario.)  will be among the readers there, and I'm so sad I'll be missing it! (Look her up when you are there, she has some serious witchy energy going on! Love her!)

I have a few clients pre booked in my office in downtown Midland ONTARIO already that day, before I had a chance to fill out the forms for this show. I'm hoping to make an appearance at Brooklea around  my own clients, as there will be fun stuff to purchase at the show, too.

What you should know before getting a psychic reading at the Spirit Show in Midland Ontario:

• Have your questions ready! The more organized you are, the more focused you will be. This will help you make the most of your reading.
• Word your question in a manner that gives the readers NO HINT about what it is that you want to read on. A good tarot reader or psychic reader won't need you to give them any hints or need you to lead them in any way! For some ideas, see this note about HOW TO WORD YOUR QUESTION WELL.
• If you are doing Medium work, and want to talk to someone who has passed over, try not to show the medium any pictures or items from your loved ones. A small ring will give them hints that gramma was a tiny woman. Pictures allow them tell if grampa was a tall man. Also, don't give them any names - it's the Mediums job to tell YOU the details! All you should have to do is hold them in your head and say to the medium "I want to connect with the person who is in my thoughts."
• Take your cell phone and know how to use the record function on it. This will save you money if the readers are selling recordings, and it gives you the option to listen to your reading and review it during a quiet meditative time, instead of during the chaos of an event!
• Ask the reader if they offer a follow up service if you need clarity on the reading they gave you, and if that's included in the price of the days reading.
• Find out what the policy is if the reading you get makes no sense to you or doesn't mean anything to you, or provides no clarity. (if you still have to pay the fee.)

This client was generous enough to volunteer her read reading for me to record, so I could show you all what a reading looks like with me.

She offered it as she sat in my office for her scheduled appointment, so all of this is her actual live read. No script!


This was also the first time I had watched MYSELF give a psychic tarot reading! I was honestly surprised with how much I move my hands. When I'm in the depth of the reading, I see things and I'm moving things around with my hands. Swirling energy or pushing energy aside, sometimes I'm seeing the path and I make my hands walk them, etc.

What I really wanted you to notice was the process - how I ask no questions, but just talked her through her challenge. SHE knows exactly what her challenges are, but I don't have to. All I'm supposed to do is deliver the words that she needs to hear.

It's hard to see on the video, but at times I'm closing my eyes, and mostly I'm not even making eye contact with the client, as I'm looking off to her left and right, while I see the messages delivered.

If I'm online and taking calls, my call button will tell you I'm available or on a call, and you can get in the line to be read for next. Please be clear about your questions before you call, and have the TV off and a quiet room or place to take your call.

I just got my hands on my July schedule for my out-of-the house gigs, and July is giving me lots of openings for Tarot and Medium readings. 

Monday and Wednesdays are looking very good, although weekdays aren't always the most convenient for some. Through the week I have some mornings and alternately some afternoons. 

Saturday appointments will be hit or miss through the month of July. For the most part on Saturdays, I will be at the Midland Country MARKET on Balm Beach Road and hwy 93, in front of the Water Stop. Depending on the weather, I may just be selling items and taking bookings, or have a table set up with my cards doing 10 minute readings. 

My July appointment calendar has been updated for in person readings in the office in Midland. 

If you are long distance from me, I will have some specific dates to do phone readings, and email readings are done once a week ( unless I can get to them sooner. )

I was in the tub, when a BIG THOUGHT occurred to me. WHAT IF our life purpose was something that just sort of happened in the natural flow of being a good human being? It wasn't something we had to search for, or work hard at. What if it were something that just sort of happened while we were in the natural flow of living our lives everyday.

I thought about running threads through my life. How different people have touched my life, and also about the lives I have touched in just being me, in the right place at the right time.

And then I thought, WHAT IF, in those moments that felt small to me, I had actually 'completed' my big life purpose. And all the rest is gravy. All the rest is just to have fun and celebrate all the world has to offer. Even if that is as simple as a nice hot bath, or the sun on your face, or the best Ruben Sandwich you've ever eaten.

What if it were really this simple? Doesn't that idea just free you up completely? It certainly takes the pressure off to perform, to struggle, to over think everything. (I am totally guilty of that.)

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the idea.

It's nearly New Years Eve as I sit and write. We're in the funny spot, the week between Christmas and New Years, where I have a challenging time remembering what day it is and where I'm supposed to be... more so than usual.

I've been watching a LOT of the show Outlander, which feels like a holiday indulgence... sitting and watching Netflix, with no spellwork embroidery in my hands. It's making me think a lot about time travel, and magic, my herb work that I've put aside for family festivities. It's got me thinking about the year to come.

This is the time of year that I get a lot of reading requests for what's coming up in the new year. 2018 feels like it's going to be special, that it's made for personal victories for the individual, if you are ready to be patient with yourself through the healings that will be presented.

Those healings will look different for everyone, and will be tailored to put you just beyond your comfort zone. But, just passed that fine line awaits some beautiful reward.

That's what 2018 is feeling like, for me. That's the messages I get from The Dudes. (My spirit guides. They picked me. They know me. haha.)

Another thing that I'm finding I'm doing quite a bit lately is attracting more and more people who are just starting with their own gifts, but don't know what the next step is. Those conversations have been very individual, too. No two witches, or druids, or seers, or readers are alike. I sit and get the messages for the individual with how to proceed with their own growth with their gifts.

The beauty of January and February, for me, is that the air is somehow quieter, the energy is more still. It makes it easier to get crisp and clear messages . There's something more relaxed for me, with readings, at this time of year. I nestle in. There's no long distance drives to Barrie or Orillia for home party tarot readings, less call for bachelorette or home party readings. This leaves me cozy in my office for individual readings.

As always, you can book a personal "what's coming up this year" style reading with me in my office, in Midland Ontario, but we can always do a phone reading, too, if you live long distance from me.
